What is needed for a City Permit?

  1. The fee is $100.00 (money order only)
  2. Recorder of Deed or Proof of ownership dwelling.
  3. If a property management company rep., a letter of agreement is required.
  4. Photo I.D. is required.
  5. Proof of Trash Service in owner’s name only, per City Ordinance 819.
  6. Current paid Real Estate Tax receipt.
  7. Current HVAC report from a Certified Inspector licensed by St. Louis County.

How to I get a copy of an accident report?

You can obtain an accident report through CRASHDOCS.org simply go to CRASHDOCS.org

  • Enter the State,
  • Scroll down to the police agency and select Country Club Hills.
  • Press “Start Search”
  • Enter report number (example 24-123)
  • Enter last name of either driver involved
  • Enter date of accident then press “Search Report”

How much does an accident report cost?

Accident reports are $50 for each copy, if you have insurance, we suggest you let your insurance company obtain the copy for you.

You must respond to the Country Club Hills Police Department to obtain a tow release prior to picking up your vehicle. The cost is $35. No cash or personal checks will be accepted, money orders only payable to the City of Country Club Hills.


I received a citation on my residence for a building code violation, what do I need to do now?

Country Club Hills citations are processed through the Normandy Courts, if you chose to contest your citation appear at the Normandy Courts on the date and time listed on your citation.

Most building code violation citations are “No Court Appearance Required” citations. Therefore, you can call the courts, obtain the fine amount and pay the fine on or before the scheduled court date.
